Return policy
Every item sold by Totus Amazon Cosmetics is
unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied
with a Totus Amazon Cosmetic purchase, please send
it back to us within 30 days accompanied by
your web order receipt.
You may return merchandise purchased by web through
the mail for a replacement, exchange or credit. To
return web orders, please contact Customer Service
by sending an email to
totusamazon@totusamazon.com to get a return
merchandise authorization number. Send the package
with a copy of your receipt and the following
information:
Name
Address
Phone Number
Order Number
Return merchandise authorization number
Item description/name
Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement, exchange or credit)
